Growing and well established independent automotive repair shop in Langley is looking for motivated Service Advisors with outstanding customer service skills. We want you to be the best at what you do and we are committed to helping you get there by providing you with the best facility and environment. Look at this
- Competitive wage with performance incentives ($75,000 to $100,000 a year)

- We have great customers who WANT to take care of their cars
- All of our techs are licensed and long term, have many years of experience so you will only be working with journey level teammates.
- We have a very comfortable work environment, an organized clean shop, heated and air conditioned shop and office
- We use state of the art shop management, labour and parts look-up and ordering systems.
- We train our technicians and service advisor’s regularly and believe you must have the knowledge and tools to perform at your potential in today’s automotive industry.
- Communication is important to team success so we have regular shop meetings and interaction with management and ownership.

**Qualifications**:

- Several years of customer service experience in any industry and a proven passion for delivering service excellence.
- Automotive industry experience as a Service Advisor is required.
- Experience using customer service management software, Microsoft Office suite and, ideally industry specific tools such as Protractor, Autotextme, Alldata, and Identifix.
- Drivers license and clean driving record (Drivers Abstract required).
