**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
- Provide early intervention services to support children with developmental delays.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students in school settings.
- Educate families about communication disorders and provide strategies for support at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and relevant medical terminology.

**Experience**
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
- Valid licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric patients is preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language development.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices.
