Medina Quality (“MQ”) is looking for _detail oriented, professional, personable,_ and _articulate_ applicants to fill the position of Supervisor in the Operations Management Department.

MQ works with food producers, airlines, and large-scale food buyers, to develop, manage and evaluate effective food safety and quality assurance management systems. Part of our service includes conducting audits of in-flight kitchens around the world, based on the airlines’ requirements and MQ’s experience and expertise.

This is a full-time position which requires very strong computer skills. You will be responsible for providing executive support out of our downtown Montreal office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Scheduling all MQs Audits
- Working closely with the Auditors to assist with organizing their monthly trips and arranging their travel bookings
- Following up closely on Auditor deadlines
- Updating and maintaining the company contact list
- Communicating with in-flight catering facilities to re-schedule audits and answer scheduling questions
- Offer administrative support through scheduling, meeting planning, and materials preparation
- Preparation and review of monthly expense reports and financial documents
- Triage incoming CVs and conduct pre-screening of applicants by phone during hiring periods

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:Relevant work experience in an administrative role.**
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to learn quickly and to absorb new information with mínimal supervision
- Ability to manage a heavy workload effectively and efficiently to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and Microsoft Visual Studio a significant asset
- An educational background in the fields of human resources, food science, nutrition, dietetics, microbiology, or any other field related to food safety, hygiene, or quality a significant asset;

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
