We’re growing and are looking for a **Restoration Crew Lead / Supervisor** to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service across Alberta.
**Position Overview**
As the Restoration Crew Lead / Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for physically working on and leading on-site restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee technicians, ensure safety and quality standards are met, communicate with project managers, and represent the 911 Restoration brand with professionalism and positivity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily on-site restoration and mitigation activities (water, fire, mold, sewage, and demolition, etc.).
- Supervise and train restoration technicians; ensure team adherence to safety and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper documentation in company systems.
- Manage job site setup, equipment placement, moisture readings, and daily progress updates.
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and safety compliance.
- Perform after-hours emergency services on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Travel within Alberta may be required to support projects in multiple service areas.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of restoration with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of mitigation, abatement, and rebuild processes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with mobile reporting apps and digital documentation.
