Crew Supervisor - Landscape & Property Maintenance

About the Role

We are hiring a **Crew Supervisor** to provide hands-on leadership for site maintenance and property management crews. This role is field-based and ensures daily work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site maintenance activities
- Assign tasks and direct crews to meet schedules
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to contract requirements
- Enforce safety procedures and field-level hazard controls
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to crew members
- Act as the primary field contact with management and clients
- Complete daily job logs, work records, and reports

Qualifications & Experience
- 3-7 years of relevant field or lead-hand experience
- Experience supervising crews in site maintenance or property services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and site conditions
- Working knowledge of safety requirements
- High school diploma required; post-secondary or trade certification an asset
- Supervisory or safety training considered an asset
