There's never been a better time to join Liteline As a growing leader in the LED lighting industry, we are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator who is enthusiastic, energic, detail oriented and who possesses excellent organization skills.

Reporting to the Logistics and Accounts Payable Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Negotiating freight rates with LTL and Courier companies
- Negotiating ocean rates
- Analyzing freight rates from different companies to obtain the best rates
- Auditing freight invoices and inputs into Microsoft NAV
- Updating LTL rates into Microsoft NAV
- Adding LTL and courier companies into Microsoft NAV
- Calculating freight costs for RMA’s
- Making delivery appointments for various customers
- Requesting freight quotes for larger shipments or shipments that require special services
- Arranging and completing shipping documents for same-day shipments
- Processing freight claims
- Assisting Customer Service with PODs and customer issues related to freight
- Assisting outside Sales team with freight analysis for various customers
- Assisting with US shipping as required
- Providing customs documents including assist sheets for Custom Brokers
- Assisting with cheque run preparation
- Completing ready-to-ship functions for retail customers

This is the perfect job for you if you have:

- At least 5 years of experience in Logistics, Freight, and Customs
- Experience in working with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft NAV would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
