**Function**:
Working closely with the management team, coordinate the activities and programs of the human resources function while ensuring the development of good practices and the continuous improvement of the function.

**Tasks**:

- Conduct recruiting and interviews
- Present the welcome and integration documents
- Prepare hiring documents and support the training of new employees
- Coordinate training and support the development of training documents (OHS and others)
- Support all OHS activities and get involved in the management of OHS files
- Collaborate in the development, implementation and coordination of various HR policies and programs
- Participate in the management of disciplinary measures
- Maintain HR statistics
- Participate in the salary review process and update employee files
- Coordinate employee activities and appreciation day
- Manage internal and external communications, including regular posts on social media to promote the employer brand
- Act as a resource person for employees and managers
- Support the payroll department in the processing of payroll data

**Skills and experience**:

- Certificate or college diploma in HR (or any other related field), BA in HR - An asset
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources
- Experience in a manufacturing company - An asset
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of the web and social networks
- Proactivity, curiosity, willingness to learn
- Tact, discretion, judgment
- Autonomy and adaptability Knowledge of ERP type systems - An asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
