*Job Overview*

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date calendars.
- Manage and maintain electronic medical records (EMRs) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Experience with Accuro EMR is highly valued.
- Handle billing, insurance claims processing, and other financial transactions with precision.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to support seamless patient care and office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with experience in Accuro EMR being a significant asset.
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality.

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
