Job Summary
- Leads the design, implementation and administration of all Compensation programs. Key responsibilities include managing job evaluation systems, pay equity program, salary structure and incentive programs, analyzing market trend to assess the organization’s competitive position and enable decision making related to policies and programs design.
- Reports to the VP of People & Culture
- Will have 1 direct report
- benefits administrator.

Accountabilities:

- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
- Manage job evaluation system and maintain pay equity programs
- Collaborate with consultants through annual plan negotiations and renewals
- Recommend plan changes to attract and retain employees
- Manage the annual/bi-annual compensation cycle, including analysis, cost projections and related communications
- Conduct ad-hoc market research, participate in surveys and analyze results to ensure competitive pay levels and provides recommendation
- Work with consultants through plan analysis and develop annual Education Strategy, coordinate events/campaign to achieve plan objectives
- Provide guidance to People & Culture and Benefits Administrator
- Conduct audit to ensure administration accuracy
- Manage and maintain HCM Compensation Modules

Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation
- Must be highly experience in the compensation realm - do not have to have benefits or a payroll background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, along with strong analytical skills
- Ability to simplify complex issue, reframe across multiple perspectives
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication at all levels of the organization
- Proven expertise in compensation methodology and framework design, and total rewards program management with a focus on fairness and equity
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
