**Compensation Analyst (Hybrid)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Develop models for the annual merit cycle, monitor all changes, and ensure data accuracy during the upload into the HRIS.
- Develop models for the annual Success Sharing program, build tables in the HRIS, and complete the upload.
- Tabulate semi-annual executive bonuses.
- Administer and complete the semi-annual promotion/adjustment cycle which includes reviewing proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and practices.
- Audit jobs for content and prepare job descriptions reflecting responsibilities, activities, tasks, and requirements.
- Maintain Canon Canada’s job evaluation structure.
**To Succeed, You Will Need**:
- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- Experience in data modelling.
- Project and process management skills.
- Knowledge of Excel (including the ability to create pivot tables, formulas, and vlookups).
- Knowledge of PowerPoint.
- French is considered an asset.
