**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage office communications, scheduling, and documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- **Accounting & Finance**:

- Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Maintain records for payroll, accounts receivable/payable
- Liaise with bookkeeper/accountant for tax compliance and reporting
- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and suppliers
- Maintain lead database and track conversions
- Support sales team in business development initiatives
- **Project Coordination (ENROUTE or Similar Software)**:

- Track and assign project tasks
- Update daily logs, delivery schedules, and site reports
- Support project managers with timelines and material orders
- **AutoCAD & Technical Support**:

- Review and update construction drawings
- Assist in preparing layouts, floor plans, and shop drawings
- Coordinate changes between architects, engineers, and site team
- **Social Media & Marketing**:

- Create and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Promote completed projects, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content
- Assist in preparing brochures, flyers, and digital ads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$26.77 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6T 4Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (required)
