We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Human Resource Department by creating a positive and harmonious experience for all employees. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create long and lasting relationships.
**What You Will Do**:
- Establish and help build relationships between employees, managers, and other colleagues while coaching the importance of teamwork, communication, and proper workplace etiquette
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
- Assist the Human Resource Manager and Director with employee complaints while performing employee investigations while offering mediation referrals
- Serves as point of contact for employees who may be having external difficulties that could affect job performance, while directing employee to use the Employee Assistant Program
- Acts as a neutral party through all aspects of an investigation and promotes a fair and neutral process for all parties involved
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Create a positive employee experience while maintaining and promoting company culture
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality on all office and investigation proceedings
- Assist in human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending course of action
- Create and establish employee touchpoints to measure negative/positive feedback from the employees
- Develop marketing material and promote wellness programs through a variety of channels to achieve program goals and objectives while creating excitement and interest
- Manage and oversee annual Mental Health Awareness campaigns
- Communicates and consults regularly with the Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager with updates regarding the status of allegations, complaints received, and investigations in progress
- Create and establish employee surveys
- Oversee Employee Assistance Program material and offers referral information
- Perform employee exit interviews and 30-day check in’s
**You will Bring**:
- Undergraduate Degree in related field, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management preferred
- Two Years of experience as an HR Coordinator
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Good understanding and knowledge of current Human rights principals and best practices
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, problem solver and creative thinker
- Highly committed to creating a harmonious and positive experience for all employees
- Efficient in HR Administration and people management skills
- Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences while maintaining strong relationships
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Good understanding and knowledge of current Human rights principals and best practices
