**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented **Inventory Control Clerk** to join our Procurement team in a full-time, on-site role at our Port Coquitlam facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting our production flow, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role will primarily involve:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Work Order Fulfillment**: Allocating and kitting items on work orders as required to meet customer sales.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, and resolving any discrepancies.
- **Inventory Reconciliation**:Performing physical counts of inventory and reconciling stock counts with computer-generated reports.
- **Receiving & Data Entry**:Receiving orders from suppliers, verifying against purchase orders, and entering data into the inventory system

**Occasional Responsibilities (Depending on Experience and Aptitude)**:

- **Shipping Support**: Assist with securely packaging and shipping completed systems and accessories to customers.
- **QA/QC Assistance**:Provide support to the Quality Assurance/Control department as needed.
- **Interdepartmental Coordination**:Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to support timely order fulfillment.
- **Assembly Support**:Contribute to the building of system sub-assemblies when required.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Required: valid Canadian work permit or resident / citizen status.
- Basic computer knowledge (Internet browser, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with shipping-receiving or inventory management would be an asset
- Productive self-starter with demonstrated initiative and ability to work with mínimal supervision to meet demanding deliverables
- An ability to work under pressure and juggle changing priorities
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Good attitude and demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**SALARY RANGE**: $45,000 to $55,000
