Coulson Aviation is a global aerial firefighting company that operates in Canada, the USA, Australia, and Chile.

Coulson Aviation operates with a fleet of large aerial firefighting aircraft consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. With our fleet, we can run rapid aerial fire suppression, including initial attack and extended attack protocols.

Coulson Aviation is a part of the Coulson Group of companies. We are a growing organization that has been in business for 65 years.

Due to our company growth and expanding footprint, we are looking to add to our team and hire an **Warehouse Inventory Clerk**.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
**Job Duties**:

- Pick & Pack parts/materials request. Perform day-to-day receiving and outgoing tasks and restocking of inventory.
- Track and trace inbound and outbound shipments to various warehouse locations, vendors/suppliers, customers, and update system accordingly.
- Ensure Coulson Group of Companies procedures and standards are being met.
- Work with various departments to ensure steady flow of information throughout our supply chain.
- Continuously follow up & Update to all requestors/departments with inbound and outbound shipments.
- To ensure all parts/materials are stored at the right location (Lot and Bin), cleanness at all the time.
- Perform receiving, shipping and release inbound & Outbound accurately follow our SOP and requirements
- Any ad hoc and other duties as required by the Supply Chain department.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of leadership experience, working in a warehouse environment
- Forklift certification with 2 years of forklift experience
- Ability to safely operate motorized equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in computer programs, such as MS Office and inventory systems.
- Experience in a stores position in a team environment (preferred).
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Abstract.
- Must have own reliable means of transportation.
- Able to stand, walk, carry, climb stairs, etc.

**Additional experience, education and/or skills**
- Security background check may be required.
- Aviation knowledge is desirable.
- Retail/Warehouse experience is preferred
