The NUVO Construction team was founded on family and community values. Our primary objective is to provide outstanding client and employee experience. We are a rapidly growing business searching for an exceptional Construction Sales Representative.
The role of the Construction Sales Representative is integral to our mission of expanding our market presence and enhancing our customer base in the construction industry. This position is dedicated to identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and meeting the company's sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand our market footprint.
- Conduct comprehensive client meetings and site evaluations to propose customized solutions.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying additional business opportunities.
- Work closely with the project management team to guarantee that client requirements are fully understood and met.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in Construction sales.
- Strong understanding of building construction is required.
- Construction experience in carpentry or site experience is a bonus.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently as well as part of a team.
