**Description**:
As a Manager of Media & Performance Strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving new customer and courier acquisition and engagement through paid media channels.
You will lead the media strategy in collaboration with our agency and business partners to deliver full-funnel media plans across Skip business lines.
Utilizing insights from partners, channels, and data, you will drive ongoing optimization of media efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Your passion will be empowering your team to implement these strategies, ensuring efficiency and innovation within the media space.
**What's On Your Plate**:
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Media & Performance Strategy, you will:
- Be responsible for driving both customer and courier acquisition and engagement through paid media channels.
- Lead media strategy in collaboration with agencies and business to deliver full-funnel media plans for Skip marketing stakeholders.
- Consolidate insights from partners, channels, and data to drive ongoing media optimization.
- Review and align on media buys, optimization efforts, and reporting in partnership with JET and agency partners.
- Ensure agency and media partner contract management and track budgets with regular cadence.
- Make decisions that are guided by policies, procedures, and the local or functional business plan.
**Recipe for Success**
- A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media and marketing roles.
- 2+ years of team or agency management experience.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading media strategy and executing paid media campaigns.
- Ability to manage relationships with agencies and partners effectively.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities to oversee media budget management and strategy alignment.
**Location**: Toronto or Winnipeg (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
