**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, in support of our Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using testing equipment in the field
- Effectively repair Ag heavy equipment product lines represented by Ag West
- Prepare accurate, customer friendly service and repair reports in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent customer relations through frequent, proactive communication

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- A technical licence that is relative to the Provincial legislations
