  • Ensure a customer contact program is in place and service standards are being met

  • Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers, and fellow team members

  • Market analysis and input into marketing strategies

  • Administrative duties

  • Oversee and execute sales strategies

Who you are:

  • You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in agriculture or related field. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered. 

  • You have 3-6 years of experience in Ag Sales or related sales

  • You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • You have proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written

  • You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a Team

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
