To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at What you will do Reporting to the Ag Sales Manager, the Ag Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for bin and ag equipment sales for three large, full-service Ag locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring all safety and environmental policies and procedures are achieved. This position may provide input into tactical planning and monitor and manage a variety of internal projects from initiation to completion. Key Job Responsibilities Building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions Ensure a customer contact program is in place and service standards are being met Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers, and fellow team members Market analysis and input into marketing strategies Oversee and execute sales strategies Who you are You have a post‑secondary degree or diploma in agriculture or a related field. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered. You have 3–6 years of experience in Ag sales or related sales. You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You have proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written. You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
