Blossoms Senior Care is looking for Health Care Aides with the following qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- As a Health Care Aide you must be:

- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search
- Satisfactory Adult and Child Record Check
- Current First Aid / CPR level C
- Good communication skills both verbal and written aspect
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to observe the changes in client's condition and to report to the supervisor
- Ability to respond accordingly in Emergency situations
- Must be compassionate, warm, and caring
- Follow through with commitments and build great relationships
- Go above and beyond, honest and responsible
- Meets safety standards in using equipment (lifts, wheelchair, and mobility aids)
- Provide at least 3 References

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care in relation to the care plan
- Assist with daily living (toileting, bathing, oral care, peri care)
- Assists with ambulation and mobilization (lifts, transfers, and exercise)
- Observes, documents, and report any changes with (Physical, emotional, spiritual, and safety) of the client’s condition to the immediate supervisor
- Healthy Meal preparation
- Medication reminders, and assistance with oxygen administration
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Accompany to Medical Appointment
- Reading and Walking
- Companionship
- 20-40 hours a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
