**Silverstone Care Centre** is seeking an experienced **Scheduling Coordinator & Payroll Admin** Team Member to join our team and **Create Joy in Life and Aging...by caring, connecting and celebrating** Come and contribute with your proven strong organizing and administrative skills.

This role ensure the Team at Silverstone are organised, with adequate resources, and get paid accurately and on time, working closely within the HR Team. In this role you are excited to:
**Schedule**:

- A large team on a daily basis through effective communication and meticulous attention to detail
- To fill shift absences and leaves of full time/part time permanent staff through regular business hours utilising the computerized scheduling program
- To ensure compliance with the Collective Agreements while maintaining management rights;
- And analyse variances in daily schedules (plan versus actual) to build an accurate payroll record
- Respond to any inquiries, or other requests that are directed to the designated scheduling line.

**Payroll Support**:

- Ensures the work schedule is accurately entered, reconciled and transferred over to payroll on a bi-weekly basis and accurately processed.

**General**:

- Monitors the front entry movement, supporting visitors who are unfamiliar with the home, as needed
- Promptly responds to all Team enquiries around schedule, as basis for payroll
- Is an active member of the Leadership Team.
- Identify attendance issues and trends for follow-up.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Completed post-secondary education (degree or diploma) with a major in Business or Office Administration or Human Resources Management.
- National Payroll Institute - (NPI) PCP Designation certification an asset.
- Microsoft office intermediate level knowledge.
- High level of accuracy and detai-oriented
- Analytical, flexible and focused on problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (both orally and written).
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relations by displaying tact, courtesy and patience with residents, staff, visitor, and volunteers.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Thrives under pressure and is result-oriented
- Must have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
