**Job description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrative who will assist us with client retention and isn't afraid of cold calling. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to attend our in-store events. You must be friendly, persuasive and able to understand the customer’s requirements and fit them into our availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call people using a given phone directory to invite them to our in-store events
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to attend by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls, bookings and record useful information

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administration or in customer service.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Friendly and welcoming personality.
- Proficient in English
- Hebrew Speaking (not a requirement however, is an advantage)
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
