Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the FSR will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment - **CT and X-ray** for clients primarily in the **Greater Toronto Area** and other locations as needed.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment
- Always adhere to quality standards
- Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer
- Must have very strong knowledge of CT and X-Ray
- Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills
- Diploma in Electronics or biomedical engineering technology
- Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be team-oriented
- Must be able to travel internationally for training
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to be on-call
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
