Kinetic Safety is seeking a hands-on and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our field teams, ensuring safe and efficient job execution while building strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onsite Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to field employees during job execution. Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.- Training and Mentorship: Train, mentor, and support field staff in safety procedures and technical services such as safety watch, spark watch, atmospheric/gas testing, breathing air trailer operations, confined space watch and rescue, and high-angle rescue.- Field Support: Be present onsite for all jobs, guiding staff and troubleshooting issues in real-time. Perform work as needed when field employees are unavailable.- Safety and Compliance: Uphold Kinetic Safety's program and standards and ensure that all jobs comply with health and safety regulations. Foster a culture of safety among the field staff.- Client Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with clients at the field level. Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and feedback during projects.
- Business Development/Sales: Take ownership of field level sales and business development efforts for your geographical area, identifying new opportunities and expanding Kinetic Safety’s client base.

Qualifications:

- Strong field leadership experience in industrial safety services.- A minimum of 5 years experience in safety services, including safety watch, spark watch, atmospheric/gas testing, breathing air trailer operations, confined space watch and rescue, and high-angle rescue.- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with proven success in training and developing field staff.- Ability to perform all technical services offered by Kinetic Safety when needed.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and working effectively with team members.- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and culture in field operations.
- Must hold a valid Driver's Licence with 3 years of clean driving history.
- Minimum required safety tickets: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid/CPR, Confined Space Entry & Monitor, Confined Space Rescue, Gas Detection.
