CEDA is currently seeking a Supervisor for our Chemical Cleaning team based out of Bonnyville, AB. This position will require frequent travel to our work sites in the Conklin and Bonnyville area.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitor field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in a safe, efficient, reliable, and cost effective manner.
- Supervise to ensure the safe operation of our industrial cleaning equipment
- Complete and submit the required paperwork for projects, including service orders, job reports, and safety documentation. in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management on all operational and personnel issues.
- Ensure safety for all team members and property
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
- Project a positive corporate image to the industry and internally within CEDA and ensures all activities performed are in accordance with our “Mission Statement” and “Core Business Values”.
- Leave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job well done.
- Other duties as assigned

**Role Specifications**:

- 4+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity is required
- 1-3 years’ related work experience in Chemical Cleaning is required
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Class 3 licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 2 years
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
