At Kentville Toyota, we strive to offer an unforgettable car-buying experience for all our customers. That begins with having the right people on our team. We recently hired a receptionist and it turns out they are the right fit for another role internally, so we're back hiring for our team again.

We are currently hiring a part-time Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrator. The role pays $16.50/hr and requires 4 working days each week. To be successful in this role you should be reliable, organized and thrive interacting with customers.

What we expect from you:

- Dedication to building relationships with our guests.
- Welcome customers to the dealership at the reception desk.
- Efficiently answer calls and operate the switchboard.
- Complete filing and documentation for sales, service, and administration.
- Facilitate the flow of business with Sales Managers and Product Advisors.

We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables:

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Commitment to work 3 to 4 full days between Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).
- Experience in administrative roles or transferrable skills.
- Willingness to grow: the automotive industry is continuously evolving, and we hire team members who want to grow with us.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KENTVILLE, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
