Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data and user feedback to optimize campaigns and strategies based on insights.
- Track, analyze and report on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Ensure that all digital marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Passionate about the Hockey and Baseball industry.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tactics, and strategies.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Expert knowledge of SEO best practices and tactics.
- Experience with web design and development is a plus.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
