**Essential Job Functions**
- Reviews invoices, manifests and other supporting documents for conformity to
customs and corporate regulations
- Data Entry of commercial invoices into Customs Operating system
- Obtains customs paperwork by calling client when required
- Verifies documentation for rating compliance
- Prepares and submits release packages to Canada Customs
- Provides customer service as required
- Provides accurate information and assistance to customers requiring information
- Processes B3 entries to meet Company and Canada Customs compliance
standards
- Other duties as assigned

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent client service skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Familiar with Transportation documentation and manifesting requirements (all modes)
- Basic knowledge of customs clearance process ( all modes)
- Knowledge of HS coding
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Able to deal with changing priorities

**Education and Experience**
- Previous experience in customs processing formalities 1-3 years
- Experience in a busy customer focused environment

**Certifications and Licenses**
- CCS Designation 1-2 years preferred
