**The Opportunity** Pluto is looking for a self-driven, multi-channel marketing specialist to become the engine of our marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have autonomy and ownership to execute our marketing plan across various channels. Your primary mission is translating our existing strategy and connections into high-quality leads. Success in this role means making a direct, measurable impact on Pluto's growth trajectory as we move from beta to full market launch. **What You'll Do** - **Own Our Digital Presence**: Take full ownership of our paid and organic social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Meta. You will plan the content calendar, write compelling copy, and execute multi-channel campaigns that build our brand and generate leads. - **Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns**: Be the hands-on expert of our digital ad accounts. You will build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite to attract our Ideal Customer Profile. - **Drive Our Content Engine**: Collaborate with our executive team to transform industry insights and product knowledge into engaging content (posts, ad copy, website updates). You'll become an expert on our product, customers, and competitive landscape. - **Manage Our Marketing Tech Stack**: You will be the go-to person for our CRM (HubSpot) and website (WordPress). This includes managing and segmenting new contacts, updating website content, and connecting users through first interaction to demo request. - **Analyze and Report on Performance**: Establish key metrics, track the performance of your initiatives, and report on what's working and what's not. You'll use this data to iterate on your methods and improve results over time. - **Coordinate Tradeshows & Association Efforts**: Act as the central point for coordinating our presence at trade shows and with builder associations, ensuring our messaging and brand are consistent across all channels. **What You'll Bring (The Must-Haves)** - 2-4 years of experience in a hands-on digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. - Proven experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns within LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Ads. - Demonstrable experience managing organic social media channels and creating content calendars. - Proficiency with a modern marketing stack, including hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot is a major asset) and a website CMS. - A data-driven mindset with the ability to track your own performance against key metrics and articulate the business impact of your work. - Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling copy. **Who You Are** - **A Proactive Owner**: You don't wait to be told what to do.
