**You as a People & Culture Coordinator (HR) will**:
- Independently and with the support of P&C Managers, effectively correspond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Deliver full recruitment services including, front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers
- Participate in career fairs, co-op programs and build external relationships to source top talent
- Provide an exceptional employee experience by delivering welcoming new hire orientations and accurately preparing all employee related documentation (including but not limited to offer letters, employee change letters, etc) in a professional and consistent manner
- Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro) as an expert user of the system
**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 2 years human resources experience at a coordinator level
- You thrive on delivering a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business
- You have effective oral and written communication skills as well as a proven ability to work within a high paced environment
