**You as a People & Culture (HR) Coordinator will**:
Handle all administrative tasks related to the full employee life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, new hire orientation, offer letters, employee change letters, promotions, resignations, etc. in a professional and accurate manner.
Be a reliable point of contact for employees inquiries, utilizing internal resources to help find answers and provide follow ups.
Deliver full recruitment services including but not limited front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, and pre-screen/interviews.
Oversee the portfolio's co-op program while building external relationships to source top talent.
Ensure a positive employee experience is delivered by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro).
Other duties as assigned.

Is this the right role for you?

You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with human resources experience at a Coordinator level.
You have working knowledge of Human Resources legislation, HR databases including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment websites.
You have the ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
You have effective written and verbal communication skills.
You are driven to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a corporate environment.
