**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking an organized and motivated **Human Resources Manager** to help us grow our team with individuals who share our vision. You’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance, helping us build a culture rooted in innovation, care, and sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead recruitment and hiring efforts.
- Recruit highly performing business development teams
- Develop onboarding processes that reflect our mission and values.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that promote growth and eco-conscious practices.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company growth goals.
- Manage other team members and ensure their responsibilities are executed as required
- Perform other job-related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- College-level education (Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field).
- Experience in HR or a related field (internship or volunteer work also valued).
- Track record of headhunting high performance business development teams is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for environmental sustainability and green initiatives.
- Ability to work supervised and unsupervised.
- Must drive and have reliable transportation to get to seminars and presentations as required.

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
