**We are seeking an Area Manager to join our Ever New team Located in the Greater Montreal Area of Quebec and remotely supporting the Ottawa and Nova Scotia market.**

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role is focused on maximizing and maintaining projected sales, wage percentage targets, customer service standards and people management activities to aligned stores, under the guidance of the Regional Manager. The role will analyze and interpret sales and commercial reports to increase revenue and financial growth, whilst recruiting high caliber staff and developing existing team members. The role also ensures aligned stores adhere to VM standards and operational expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous multi-site experience, ideally within fashion retail
- Be customer service focused and sales driven
- Strong communicator with a focus on customer service
- Passion for the fashion industry with impeccable personal style
- Ability to Travel
