We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Group Sales Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the group segment
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, associations, and event planners
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the hotel and promote our group offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a large chain hotel, with a proven track record of success in group sales
- Association experience with CMP and MPI certification preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
