AGM Renovations provides quality basement, kitchen, and bathroom renovation services throughout the Ontario, Calgary and Vancouver. We pride ourselves in our commitment to quality products and execution and the highest ratings for customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and update the master schedule
- Assign all contracts to the project manager and the designer in the master schedule according to set divisions
- On daily basis, update master schedule
- On weekly basis, send out the master schedule to PM’s, designers, sales, and accounting
- Ensure all documents pertaining to the projects are uploaded and are sent out to PM’s and Designers
- Ensure that the PM’s and Designers are updated on all phases of the project
- Address any issues with the projects and assign the correct person to fix it
- Maintain good relations with the client
- Ensure the project is running smoothly
- Sit down with the OPMs manager on weekly basis to ensure all projects are assigned correctly and make any required changes
- Manage and assign warranty claims
- Create weekly reports
This is a permanent position and it would be in office with the hours of operations of 9am-5pm (Mon-Friday).
