This is a very employee forward organization with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, and is driven by its people to elevate each other through collaboration and internal growth. What's In It For You:Flexible Schedule and work life balanceExtended Benefits PlanRRSP MatchCompany pensionOpportunities for professional developmentResponsibilities:Develop baseline and master schedules.Develop project schedule layouts including critical path analysis, alternate schedules and progress measurements.Proactively recommend strategies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.Continuously monitor project schedules, status updates and reports ensuring real-time updates are captured and communicated.Regularly review and revise schedules to reflect actual progress, changes in scope, and evolving priorities.Develop cash flows and resource loaded schedules, based on project estimates and master schedule.Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leads to identify areas of potential delay, and develop work around plans to mitigate issues.Identify major project milestones and critical approvals.Analyze project progress, ensuring all updates are accurate prior to reporting findings.The Ideal Candidate:Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.Engineering Degree or Diploma.Experience with trenchless technologies, and pipeline rehabilitation.Advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project knowledge is required.Field Planning and MEP Scheduling experience is an asset.Valid license, ability to travel and visit projects sites within OntarioTechnical Skills:Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft ExcelApplication Process:Click apply if you think this role is for you, If you are a qualified candidate with questions please reach out to Chris Soules.
