**Synergy Protection Group is currently hiring for an Accounting Administrator.**

In this role, you will:

- Daily correspondence, analysis, and resolution of customers inquiries, discrepancies.
- Bi-weekly billing for all company’s customers, including analysis, verification, and data entry in financial software.
- Managing incoming financial documents, including categorizing, and electronically filing cheque and mail receipts.
- Calculation of the Union dues and the Union benefits with payroll and scheduling software, generation and submission of reports to Director of Finance and uploading them to online folder.
- Accounts Receivables collections for in-house company’s customers.
- Sending invoices/ statements, issuing credits to customers.
- Uploading invoices to third-party portals
- Ad-Hoc analysis of data for leadership, including presenting findings to action strategic decisions.
- Preparing profitability analysis reports on a quarterly basis, including delivering value-add insights to the VP of Operations
- Variance analysis reporting on sales, cost of goods sold, and incidental expenses.
- Continual improvement on billing and collection processes
- Other duties as assigned

**What you will bring**:

- 2+ years of accounting experience in a mid-sized or large organization
- Advanced level Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online knowledge
- Skilled at effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to efficiently manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
