**Daycare Director - Full-Time**

**Location**: Stony Plain, AB

**Overview**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Level 3 Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare leadership role
- Strong understanding of Alberta licensing regulations and accreditation processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passionate about providing a high-quality childcare experience
- Ability to manage staffing, financials, and operational needs effectively

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Address parents inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hotel or restaurant management preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Proven ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting teamwork.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors.
