We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate **ECE Program Director** to lead and support our team at our new facility.

**Position Summary**:
The ECE Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our early learning programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education that aligns with licensing regulations and our organization’s philosophy. This role involves leadership, mentorship, program planning, and administrative oversight.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support ECE staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation in accordance with early learning frameworks
- Ensure compliance with licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies
- Build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and enrollment processes
- Support continuous professional development and staff training initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Registration with the appropriate provincial College of Early Childhood Educators
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements for childcare programs
- **Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an asset**
