**Job Description**:

- Lead the development and implementation of tooling/equipment/conveyance/facilities for new model assembly production in one or more assembly plants paint shop
- Drive continuous improvement to processes and equipment while meeting program cost and timing requirements within the framework of World Class Manufacturing (WCM)/World Class Technology (WCT)
- Evaluate and coach employees, establishing clear and achievable goals for direct reports and maintaining a system to support them in achieving those goals
- Communicate effectively with senior management and make presentations as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or other engineering discipline required
- 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 successful launches
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to work overtime
- Work location is near Brampton, Ontario, with travel to Detroit required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Experience with product planning, supplier relations and negotiations, contract sourcing, and cost analysis
