We are looking for a capable warranty coordinator to aid in the completion of warranty service work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the completion of warranty service work
- Compile warranty requests and create work orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- Determine warranty job costing and cost allocation
- Conduct site inspections for warranty purposes
- Ensure warranty repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Schedule repairs with trades, builders and homeowners
- Work closely with builders, superintendents, and trade partners to report and coordinate the resolution of warranty items
- Create and maintain strong relationships with builders, superintendents, and homeowners
- Work with RM field staff to ensure quality control

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or combination of post-secondary education and experience
- 2+ years experience in the home building process (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of construction warranty or related experience (preferred)
- Experience in the concrete industry is an asset.

Work Environment
This position operates in a field and office environment with time split between the office and job sites.

Hours of Work
Typical workweek is Monday through Friday 40+ hours/week; however, some overtime and weekends may be required.

Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process.
