**Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member**:
Location: Guelph, ON
Type: Full Time, Permanent

A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market and sell appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience is considered an asset
- Successful track record of meeting goals
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Ability to multi-task
- OTL and/or RIBO license (preferred/must be able to obtain)

Base Salary: $40,000+ per year based on experience
