**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Create, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures for commercial and residential renovations.
- Develop, coach, and mentor a cohesive, self-performing team.
- Oversee the change management process for projects and ensure adherence to frameworks with proper documentation.
- Assess project risks and issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Manage stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing clear meeting minutes to all project team members.
- Establish and maintain a project management calendar to meet goals and objectives.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate schedules to all relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with construction industry regulations and standards, with experience in OBC preferred.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes for current and future projects.
- Foster a culture of accountability across Support Center staff, Operations, and Site Teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain effective processes for assessing project performance, and communicate opportunities and challenges to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of project management experience** in commercial and residential renovation projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction schedules, and budget management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in **English (required**). Mandarin, and Cantonese(Option)
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in construction management systems, file management, and **MS Office**.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, high energy, strong initiative, and solid work ethic.
- **Valid driver’s license required.**

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
