**About us**

As a Jr. Project Manager for Industrial projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility by managing various construction and maintenance projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic factory setting.

Your Tasks:

- **Project Planning**: Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- ** Project Execution**: Oversee the day-to-day activities of facility projects, ensuring they progress according to plan and are completed on time and within budget.
- ** Vendor Management**: Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring they adhere to project requirements.
- ** Documentation**:Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- ** uality Control**:Monitor and enforce quality standards and safety protocols throughout project execution.
- ** Budget Management**: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**:Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including factory leadership and team members.
- ** Problem Solving**: Identify and address project issues and risks proactively, finding solutions to keep projects on track.
- ** Reporting**:Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and best practices in project management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, projects management, or a related field preferred.
- Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineers are preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
