** JOB OVERVIEW:  **

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
- Manage projects: Oversee projects from the initial quotation through to final invoicing.
- Prepare cost estimates: Use our in-house ERP system to generate cost estimates based on specifications.
- Procure and negotiate services: Source and negotiate pricing for outside services such as print, packaging, thermoforming, plastic and metal fabrication, raw materials, logistics, etc., from approved suppliers.
- Collaborate with departments: Work closely with sales and creative departments on structural and cost revisions to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.
- Process orders: Upon customer acceptance, manage the order processing, including all purchasing and preparation of factory dockets.
- Monitor timelines: Ensure the timely delivery of all services and materials by tracking project timelines and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications / Skills
- 3 + years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under presume and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience working in a cross functional environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Assets
- PMP Certification
- Experience with ERP platforms is an asset
