**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Multifamily Unit Renovation Project Manager** to oversee and manage the renovation of multifamily units from pre-construction through completion. This role will require a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Coordination**:

- Oversee all phases of multifamily unit renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and logistics.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all work is performed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and specifications.
- **Budget & Cost Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the allocated financial resources.
- Identify and mitigate any potential cost overruns or delays.
- Track and report project costs, making recommendations for any necessary adjustments.
- Preparation of material lists and coordinate with procurement team.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all renovation work is completed in accordance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress and quality, and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
- **Team Leadership & Communication**:

- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and safe work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- **Risk Management & Problem Solving**:

- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
- Manage project changes, delays, and any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
- **Client & Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing multifamily renovation projects, including experience in unit renovations and tenant-occupied spaces.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- **Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**:

- PMP (Project Management Professional) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
- Civil Engineering, Interior Designer or similar certifications are a plus.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
- Must have own vehicle and Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
