KPCL is looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Onboarding Coordinator** to play a key role in supporting our high-volume seasonal hiring for this construction season. If you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy working with people, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and onboarding.

**This position is open to summer students**

**Where You’ll Be Working**

Location: Clavet Office, about 15 minutes east of Saskatoon off Highway 16

**Responsibilities**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Scheduling and leading orientation sessions
- Coordinating and uploading pre-employment testing
- Issuing and tracking training certifications
- Arranging accommodations for seasonal staff
- Adapting to the demands of a busy hiring season, including occasional extended hours and travelling to project sites
- Other related tasks as requested

**Qualifications**

**What You Bring**
- **Education**: Currently enrolled or recently graduated from Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, or other related field is an asset
- **Industry Exposure**: Experience working outside of a corporate office environment, preferably in the heavy construction, industrial, mining or related industry
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence individuals in different disciplines and at different levels
- **Motivation**: Energized by complexity and challenges, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments
- **Adaptability**: Quick to respond to changes while maintaining alignment with long term direction
- **Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint**

- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Have a valid drivers license and transportation to get to work
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements
- Have experience as outlined above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
