Pagnotta Inc. is a mid-sized, full-service provider of **concrete, construction, and tower crane and hoist services** with projects located throughout Western Canada. We pride ourselves on building strong partnerships with our clients and delivering exceptional results from start to finish.

We are currently seeking a **Project Administrator** to join our team in **Saskatoon, SK**, **starting in October 2025**. The Project Administrator provides administrative support to our project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication between the field, office, and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to project managers, site supervisors, and other team members
- Prepare, edit, and format project documents, contracts, and reports
- Track and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and conference calls
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and hard copy) for project documentation
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with onboarding of project personnel and maintaining project-related HR records
- Support compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday office-based role (with some flexibility for site visits as needed)
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Occasional overtime during peak project periods

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Jonas, or similar) is an asset
