**About the Role**:
AromaTech is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the growth of our brand. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, managing content across various platforms, managing influencer and media collaboration, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy Support**: Assist in the development and refinement of digital marketing strategies across various online channels, contributing to the overall marketing goals.
- **Digital Project Management**: Coordinate the day-to-day execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. This includes tracking progress and communicating updates to relevant teams.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of engaging and on-brand digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and digital advertising materials. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all digital platforms.
- **Social Media Strategy & Content Calendar**: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy and detailed content calendar across all relevant platforms to ensure timely and engaging content delivery. Collaborate with marketing, product and creative teams to align social strategy with product launches, influencer campaigns, etc.
- **Social Media Content Creation & Performance Analysis**: Create compelling and platform-specific social media content (text, images, videos, stories) and continuously monitor and analyze the performance of social media efforts to provide insights and recommendations for optimization and growth. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep AromaTech’s content strategy optimized and relevant.
- **Influencer & Creator Collaboration**:Support influencer and creator marketing initiatives and PR inquiries, including sourcing talent, coordinating outreach, managing gifting or seeding, and tracking deliverables. Maintain an organized database of influencer partnerships and campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and long-term collaboration potential.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and growth across all online channels.
- **Market Research & Brand Stewardship**: Conduct digital market research and analyze competitor activities to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the online landscape. Support brand initiatives by ensuring consistent brand

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3+ years of experience in a digital marketing coordinator role or similar role with a strong focus on social media.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Management experience with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) and
