Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for new talent to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will be working with our Senior Marketing Manager and the Leasing Team to provide marketing expertise. The main responsibilities of this Marketing Coordinator is having a strong skillset in data analytics, creating marketing collateral (digital and physical), and event management tasks.

Warrington PCI Management is the largest commercial property managers in BC. The company manages approximately 15 million sq ft of retail, office, industrial, multi-family and marine properties throughout the Lower Mainland.

**Primary Purpose of Marketing Coordinator**:
Warrington PCI Management is on the search for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with corporate marketing and marketing for our managed properties which includes retail and residential rental properties. Responsibilities will include website and social media management, tenant events and campaigns, and lease and event marketing for shopping centres and other properties. Other responsibilities include the execution on advertising, promotions and strategic marketing partnerships.

**Specific Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
**1. Corporate Branding**
- Update the corporate website and social media activity including the management of reviews
- Assist with the design and coordination of print advertisements used for corporate marketing or events
- Review analytics on all consumer facing website & social media
- Ensure brand guidelines across all proprieties are being upheld and followed consistently.
- Assist strategic direction for all new creative projects and manage 3rd party creative and marketing agencies through the process.

**2. Marketing for Managed Retail and Commercial Properties**
- Work with Marketing Manager to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness, engagement and ultimately drive visitors and tenant sales
- Help manage properties’ online and social platforms
- Assist with event design and execution
- Assist with the development and creation of marketing and advertising collateral
- Monitor analytics reporting across multiple properties/platforms and extracts key insights for future development and strategies
- Facilitate relationships with creative agencies and other partners in conjunction with on-site property teams

**3. Marketing and Community Management for WPM’s Portfolio of Residential Rental Buildings**
- Assist Residential Team with planning of regular events for residential rental tenants
- Community and social media management and engagement
- Work with the residential operations team to create and manage relationships with local businesses

**4. Leasing Marketing**
- Use Yardi CommercialEdge to manage listings and ensure that listings are cross posted on the other leasing sites such as Spacelist, Altus, Costar
- Ability to learn new programs such as Matterport to build virtual floorplans as additional visual support for our listings

**Qualifications**

To be successful in the Marketing Coordinator position, an individual must be committed to developing, maintaining, and demonstrating the following:
**Education and Experience**
- Strong knowledge of design platforms (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and website management platforms (WordPress, SquareSpace, WebFlow)
- Marketing analytic skills taking data from Google Analytics is an asset.
- Expertise in social media and influencer marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of related experience in a marketing role
- Experience with event management and production
- Valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle is an asset
- Strong copywriting skills

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
